Brother leaders found out that Summer Leadership College is not all classrooms and lectures as they spent most of Saturday in white water rafts and participating in other team building exercises.

Arrival and check in began early Friday afternoon and was followed by supper and leadership sessions. The chapter leaders from each chapter were in attendance. The sessions involved leadership training, team building, networking, risk management, rush and recruitment and chapter management.

Saturday started very early for the leaders of Kappa Delta Phi. After breakfast the leaders started the rafting excursion in the Penobscot River, they broke for lunch on the river and continued rafting until supper. More breakout sessions followed till late in the night with participation by all members.

Sunday morning began with breakfast, followed by individual chapter meetings with assigned field consultants and their charges, then the closing ceremony and eventual camp break.

A good time was had by all and all the fraternity leaders were all encouraged to be starting the new year with the proper tools and commitment to another successful year for Kappa Delta Phi.
