Reservations can be made directly with Attitash Grand Summit Hotel (1-800-554-1900)
Reservations must be made before March 4th to guarantee room
availability and conference rate. Attendees must reference ΚΔΦ &
ΚΔΦNAS Convention in order to receive special rates.
Room rates:
Studio Superior (Max occupancy - 2) – $99/night + 8% tax & 6% service
Studio Deluxe (Max occupancy - 4) – $99/night + 8% tax & 6% service
Standard Deluxe (Max occupancy - 4) – $99/night + 8% tax & 6% service
1 Bedroom Deluxe (Max occupancy - 6) – $139/night + 8% tax & 6%

Rate cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for
guests who fail to identify with the group at the time of reservation.
Reservations will automatically lose 100% of deposit if cancelled
inside 7 days prior to arrival. Individual reservations must be
cancelled 7 days prior to arrival for deposit to be refunded minus a
$39 cancellation fee. Early departures will be billed for full reserved
stay.

Display Information
Each chapter will be provided one 8′x10′ space for display &
merchandise purposes. Availability is on a first come first-serve basis.
Setup: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
Judging: 10:15 am to 11:00 am
Merchandise Sales
All merchandise sales by chapters are expected to be conducted
through the individual display tables. National merchandise and Alumnae
Association merchandise will be available during registration and
display as well as prior to and after the General Business meeting.
Registration
RSVP no later than March 21, 2008 with registration form and
payment. Please include the names of all sisters attending with the
registration fee. Registration packets will be created from the list
provided therefore full names are required. All dietary restriction
must be noted next to respective sister to ensure availability of
requested meal.
