At this years' annual convention, to be held on April 3-5 2009, there will be 3 positions for election to the Executive Board of Kappa Delta Phi. Declaration of candidacy must be submitted 60 days prior to the election. Please use the email form to the right to easily submit your declaration of candidacy. The administrator of The KappaTalk will forward your letter of intent to all Board members.

Being on the Board requires a minimum 7 weekends a year of your time.

  • P/T -1st or 2nd weekend in November,
  • Convention Prep mtg - 2nd weekend in March
  • Convention - 1st 2nd or 3rd Weekend in April,
  • May - Board Retreat
  • Undergraduate Summer Workshop - June.

In Addition the Executive Director position requires

  • NIC - April
  • FEA - a week following July 4th

Give back to your National Fraternity and stop sitting on the side lines.

As per our Constition of Kappa Delta Phi;

ARTICLE III: GOVERNMENT

  • Section A.4. Any Alumni member who is eligible and in good standing must submit his declaration of candidacy and state his objectives to the Executive Director prior to 60 days of the National Convention at which members of the Board of Directors are to be elected.
