A resolution motioned by Vice-Chairman of the Board, Kenneth Holman, Kappa Delta Phi National Fraternity, was passed at the last Presidents / Treasurers meeting at Lowell Massachusetts.

The resolution reads as "a spring semester head tax deferment will be made to any active brother that gets called away to active duty in the spring providing that an
official transcript stating as such."
